The Autumn Harvest Uprising took the first step of encircling the city from the countryside.

CCTV News:On September 9, 1927, the Autumn Harvest Uprising broke out on the border of Hunan and Jiangxi, which opened the great prelude of China’s revolutionary countryside encircling the city and seizing power by armed forces. Today, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the people in the border areas of Hunan and Jiangxi have set foot on the red earth, joined hands to promote regional cooperation and jointly opened a new chapter in the development of the old liberated areas.

In Wenjia City Memorial Hall of Liuyang Autumn Harvest Uprising, Hunan Province, a red education class is being held, and the red genes of autumn harvest uprising are being passed down from generation to generation with vivid historical stories.

On September 9, 1927, the autumn harvest uprising broke out on the Hunan-Jiangxi border. The uprising troops set out from Xiushui, Anyuan and Tonggu in Jiangxi, and cooperated with workers and peasants armed groups from all over the country to attack Changsha. However, because the enemy was strong and we were weak, it was hit hard not long after the uprising. Where should the revolution go next? On September 19, various uprising troops joined forces in Wenjia Town, Liuyang City, Hunan Province.

On September 21st, 1927, more than 1,500 workers and peasants revolutionary army, led by Mao Zedong and others, marched to the mountainous areas along the border of Hunan and Jiangxi. Finally arrived in Jinggangshan in October, creating the first rural revolutionary base under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. In the depths of the Luoxiao Mountains, the Party’s strength has been preserved, and the revolution has accumulated the strength to meet the climax.

Today, the red relay of communist party people spans a hundred years, which once gave birth to the hot land of rural revolutionary base areas and embarked on a new journey of development.

Hunan and Jiangxi provinces jointly established a demonstration zone for regional cooperation along the border of Hunan and Jiangxi, covering an area of over 50,000 square kilometers and a population of 13.65 million, including 24 counties (cities, districts) in the two provinces, and jointly led the people in the old liberated areas to change their unbalanced and inadequate development.

In Liuyang, Hunan Province, local farmers got centralized product promotion with the help of "Hunan, Jiangxi and Hong", a regional public brand jointly built by the two provinces, which opened the last link of market sales for a number of high-quality green agricultural products.

Taking agriculture, countryside and farmers as the priority, regional cooperation in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces is in full swing. The red tourism ring road and the border rivers will be jointly managed, and medical insurance will be reported immediately across provinces. The red railway line connecting Shaoshan and Jinggangshan will be opened in July this year. By 2022, the total amount of cooperative investment projects in the border areas of Hunan and Jiangxi is expected to exceed 280 billion yuan.

From industrial development to people’s livelihood security, from infrastructure to social governance, regional cooperation between Hunan and Jiangxi is on the fast track, opening a new chapter in the development of old areas.

Stranger social APP: there has been no evolution.

Wen/Muyu

In China, social APP for strangers is a mystery. When talking about it in public, everyone scoffed, but privately, they quietly registered various platforms. According to the statistics of Ai Media Consulting, in recent years, the scale of social users of strangers in China has been growing, reaching nearly 650 million in 2020.

Everyone wants to get involved in the huge lonely market. The Internet has ups and downs, and only social interaction remains unchanged.

There are more and more social apps, and it is getting easier for everyone to know people, but it is getting harder and harder to understand people. Social platforms help people establish connections, but they deepen their loneliness.

The social platform for strangers has developed for so many years, but it has never been able to get out of the 1.0 era of "pan-socialization", why on earth? Is it "real business" or "false proposition"? Where should it go in the future?

Metacosmic Socialization: Old Wine in New Bottles

The pattern of social apps is changing, but the essence has not improved.

Not long ago, on February 11th, the social APP "Gel", which was launched only three weeks ago, successfully ranked first in the free list of the App store on that day, and dominated the list for three days, becoming the first social application ranking beyond WeChat since 2019.

The breakthrough of gel has triggered a series of discussions. Yes, it is also a "meta-universe". Users pinch their faces through AI to create their own avatars in the 3D world, and then socialize online. After a brief burst of popularity, the gel was quickly removed from the shelves due to problems such as doll wearing, clothing infringement and user privacy.

After the excitement, it quickly cooled down. On platforms such as Xiaohongshu, many users said that it was "boring", "uninstalled" and "useless". In fact, from the product point of view, the gel is not unique. In recent months, whether it is Rainbow Universe, which is known as "the first social stock in China Meta Universe", or Queuing Island in ByteDance, Xirang in Baidu, etc.The core gameplay is "pinching face and dressing up+virtual socialization".

Gel APP

To put it bluntly, the so-called meta-cosmic socialization is just to make the original product 3D, which is far from the real meta-cosmic experience like Ready Player One.

In fact, not only the meta-universe, but also the social APP for strangers in China has never really evolved since its birth. It has always been in the 1.0 era of "pan-socialization" and failed to enter the 2.0 era of "deep socialization". That is to say, social apps have changed from "strict control" to "voice control" or from LBS matching to interest matching. They just let you "know more about people", not let you "know more about people".

From Mo Mo to exploring, to Soul, people just changed different versions of the "gun-making artifact", but did not make real friends and establish effective relationships on it. Apart from helping people pass the time, social apps did not really solve the problem of "loneliness".

Undoubtedly, stranger socialization is a "real business", but Internet companies have made it a "false proposition". Why?

Paradox between "True Business" and "False Proposition"

Stranger social apps can’t achieve the balance between business interests and social values, perhaps for the following reasons:

First, there are natural and essential contradictions in product logic.

The social APP for strangers is efficiency-oriented. Mainstream products have the function of instant messaging, and they are all committed to how to help users connect more quickly. Momo’s rise is because people nearby can move from online to offline faster. Soul’s rise is because voice has higher communication efficiency than text.

However, socialization is naturally an inefficient thing. The establishment of relationships takes time to precipitate, and the accumulation of trust requires multi-faceted interaction. In the acceleration of connecting people, social products will naturally dilute the emotional concentration of the relationship and lower the spiritual depth of interaction.

Source: Network

In the past, online dating was a three-year and five-year long-distance running. Today, online dating is just a three-day and five-day game. From a psychological point of view, the period of maintaining freshness is four months, which can’t be reached at all on social apps, and even a large number of relationships such as "throwing lovers in the sun" have been developed.

The fast pace of online and the slow life of offline have formed a strong tear. The social context built by social apps in the virtual world cannot make people in the real world feel emotional and spiritual satisfaction, creating a strong sense of unreality.

Second, the deliberate edge ball induction in operation.

Although Momo officials never admitted that they were "dating software", it is undeniable that it did induce this behavior of users, and it gave China an outlet for sexual demand that had been suppressed for many years. No matter how glamorous words were used on the surface, it was hard to avoid playing such an edge ball in the operation process.

Even Soul, which claims to be a social soul, has introduced the function of the square, where only good-looking people can enjoy themselves. Most of the information streams recommended by the algorithm are "sexy" beauty selfies and ambiguous copywriting.

Soul APP

It is not difficult to understand from the perspective of business model.Social APP is a product with typical network effect and scale effect. It doesn’t have substantive products like e-commerce, nor does it provide high-quality content like the content community, or other tool-based apps provide a specific service. It relies on frequent interaction between users. The social interaction of strangers is essentially an unsustainable and highly uncertain demand. If we want to gather enough users, the greatest common denominator we can find is Maslow’s underlying demand, which is both urgent and tenacious.

Therefore, no matter how rich the interactive functions provided by social apps are, they will go to a wider market and eventually become an "appointment artifact" irrevocably. No matter what the initial intentions of Momo founder Tang Yan and Soul founder Zhang Lu are, for the sake of traffic, the product operation process will inevitably move towards action deformation, turning a blind eye to certain behaviors, and watching the platform fall into a smog step by step.

Finally, it is difficult to get rid of the fate of making wedding clothes for others.

Chinese Internet users are not sticky at all, especially in the social field. All founders of social apps for strangers will face a "soul torture": What if users add WeChat after they know each other? This is almost an unsolvable problem. In China, strangers socializing and acquaintances socializing are two distinct existence, and the high barrier of WeChat in the acquaintance relationship chain is unshakable.

Source: Network

As a result, the social APP for strangers can never form a closed-loop product. As a social platform, it cannot precipitate the user relationship chain.

The operation is facing an extremely embarrassing situation: the matching efficiency of users’ friends is low, and the loss of users is accelerated because of unsatisfied needs; The matching efficiency of users’ friends is high, and the loss of users due to transfer is accelerated.

How to solve this problem? Change the answer sheet.

Back to the original product starting point, all internet products are essentially in the same time battlefield, as long as users can spend time on the APP.So social platforms don’t need you to really make friends on them, as long as you are willing to spend time.Taking socialization as the table and entertainment as the reality, Momo’s resurrection depends on the live broadcast business, and Soul’s game functions are also increasing.

Social apps don’t really want to help you find friends, just want you to spend time and recharge. Entertainment-consuming socialization is a typical "ineffective socialization", which naturally does not give users a "sense of gain".

In addition to "about guns" and "games",

What else can strangers do when socializing?

The evolution of the mainstream stranger social APP product form represented by Momo is also the result of interaction with the needs of the people of the times. It is an outbreak of repression of emotional and sexual needs by Chinese people in the past years, but it is also staged.Social needs will inevitably move from the bottom of Maslow to the top. Today, everyone’s "loneliness" is no longer a lack of playmates, but has risen to spiritual resonance and recognition.

Zhang Xiaolong said that the essence of social interaction is to find the same kind.

In today’s atomized society, the mobility is increasing, the original social interpersonal relationship structure is disintegrated, people are forced to be divided into isolated islands, eager to be connected by the same kind, and it is this bridge that strangers need to play in social interaction.

In addition to producing hormones and dopamine, social apps need to provide more incremental value to connect with their peers. Stranger social tracks have also made different attempts to find the same kind for users.

Such as social activities.

Around 2015, there was a lively social activity. Taking the former head of someone as an example, with the concept of "everyone is the organizer", users can launch offline activities online, similar to Douban City. This model was first popular abroad. Founded in 2002, Meetup was one of the earliest active social networking sites. In 2017, it was acquired by WeWork for 200 million US dollars. In 2019, Meetup had more than 44 million users worldwide.

Meetup APP

In fact, the starting point of social activities is the real social activities under the tropic of cancer, with parties as the main product, but this model has met with acclimatization in China.

There is considerable uncertainty in offline multi-person activities, especially in China, which is generally not good at social, and it relies heavily on the planning and organizing ability of the organizers. Moreover, users in China are not used to paying for non-functional services, and a mature business model has not been explored for social activities. In March 2020, someet announced its closure, and many users expressed their nostalgia. They had a reputation but didn’t make money, which made the form of social activities never really develop.

Another typical representative is the interest in socializing.

The essence of interest socialization is to stratify users based on hobbies, so that they can find their own vertical circle. The forum exists on this basis, from Baidu Post Bar to Douban Group, which are all classic products. However, from the content community to the social APP, although based on the same product logic, there are essential differences.

Content communities rely on high-quality content to attract users, while interest social apps rely on tagging to gather users, which are not the same in viscosity. Social APP is centered on efficiency and immediacy, and its information flow naturally cannot produce and precipitate high-quality content like the content community, so it is difficult to form a real interest atmosphere. However, Chinese’s interest in cultural life is generally vague and popular, which also determines that social interest can only be sticky in a small circle.

Source: Ai Media Consulting

In July 2019, the product was acquired by Yingke Live, and its circle of interest still exists, but the homepage of the product still focuses on LBS-based face-to-face socialization, and the difference is that it depends on people nearby to recharge their members; In February, 2021, QQ closed the interest tribe, and in December, 2021, WeChat stopped the WeChat circle … The road of interest socialization, whether it is an emerging player or a giant, was finally defeated.

At least for now, stranger socializing in China is still a world of hormones and dopamine. This can’t be entirely blamed on the lack of hard work of social apps. Although everyone shouted "Good-looking skins are the same, interesting souls should choose one in case", they kept carefully taking selfies all the time, and their values kept rolling in, and their spirits remained calm.

However, the world of beauty is illusory after all, and the spiritual loneliness will only become more intense. Perhaps when the desire for deep socialization exceeds a critical value, the 2.0 era of strangers’ social interaction will slowly come.

Seven problems you have to understand when Beijing points settle down.

  About reporting preparation

What preparations should the applicant and the employer make in advance?

Official answer: The employer should obtain the digital certificate of "One Certificate for Legal Person" in Beijing, and register in the "Points Settlement Service Column" in official website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

If the applicant scores points for the leased residence, he shall timely file the housing lease contract on the Beijing housing lease supervision platform; Those who earn points for domestic academic degrees should log on to the website of the Academic Degree Center of the Ministry of Education to check whether the record information of their academic degrees is consistent with the information of paper certificates and ID cards. If they are consistent, they need to obtain the "Verification Code of Electronic Registration Form of Academic Certificates" and "Electronic Record Number of Academic Certificates". If they are inconsistent, they should be certified in time. To "innovation and entrepreneurship indicators" investment, employment requirements points, should be within the prescribed time limit, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission innovation and entrepreneurship talent points settled in the management information system to fill in the relevant information, and provide relevant certification materials; If an enterprise established with capital contribution pays tax points, it should prepare the tax payment certificate (in documentary form) of the enterprise in Beijing, and inquire and print the capital contribution in advance in the "Beijing Enterprise Registration Information Inquiry System" for future reference.

  About system registration

What is the reason for the applicant’s unsuccessful registration in the points settlement declaration system?

Official answer: Applicants also need to register in the "Points Settlement Service Platform" of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau first, and then choose to enter the "Points Settlement" business after registration. If the applicant is prompted by the system that he/she does not meet the qualification conditions for settlement of points when he/she chooses to enter the "settlement of points" business, he/she cannot enter the follow-up link, which may be caused by one or more of the following reasons: First, he/she does not hold a valid residence permit in Beijing; second, he/she has exceeded the retirement age; and third, he/she has paid social insurance in Beijing for less than seven years.

  On integral weighting

Can Beijing solve the public service problems such as the education of children of migrants through integral empowerment?

Official answer: After the implementation of the residence permit system and the points settlement system, the relevant departments of this Municipality will also step up research, and according to Beijing’s comprehensive carrying capacity, the applicant’s scale, points and other specific conditions, research and exploration will be carried out to solve public service problems such as children of migrants attending school in Beijing and the college entrance examination through the residence permit points system.

  About indicator setting

Will the conditions stipulated in the Beijing Points Settlement Rules be stricter than those in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai?

Official answer: As the capital of Beijing, the complexity of the household registration policy and the population pressure it faces are far greater than those in other cities. After several rounds of research, demonstration, revision and improvement, the current system design and index interpretation of the settlement of points have not only implemented the requirements of the central government, but also met the development requirements of Beijing at this stage.

In fact, in the setting of many indicators, attention is paid to grasping leniency, strictness, moderation and people-oriented, such as the qualification of "continuous payment of social insurance in Beijing for 7 years or more", allowing applicants to have a record of no more than 5 months; Before January 1, 2017, the number of years of living in rented residences and dormitories in Beijing was calculated based on the number of years of continuous payment of social security by the applicant in Beijing during the same period. On the whole, the conditions for the settlement of Beijing points were not more stringent.

  About integral review

Why don’t most integral indicators arrange for review? What should I do if I have any objection to the automatic comparison results?

Official answer: The basic data of all departments in this city are relatively complete. In order to reduce the unnecessary travel between applicants and employers and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the audit, most of the information of integral indicators will be directly compared through the system, and there is no manual participation, so the integral review will no longer be arranged. If there is any objection to the system comparison results, it can be reflected to the corresponding responsible departments.

For legally stable residence indicators, self-owned residence information, innovation and entrepreneurship indicators, award information and honorary title information, due to the complexity of the situation and the involvement of state ministries and commissions, in order to ensure the accuracy of the verification results, a review link is arranged.

  About reapplication

Can I reapply next year if I have not obtained the qualification to settle down this year?

Official answer: apply for the settlement of points once a year. If the settlement score is not reached in that year, you can re-apply if you meet the four qualifications in the second year. At that time, the applicant only needs to log in to the online declaration system to check the declaration information of the previous year, and choose to update the contents that need to be changed. The unchanged information will keep the contents reported in the previous year, just click OK.

  On residential indicators

What kind of residence can be scored according to the rental residence? Can I fill in the report if I stay with my relatives and friends?

Official answer: The years of continuous residence in the dormitory and rented residence before January 1, 2017 (excluding) are calculated based on the years of legal and stable employment of the applicant in Beijing during the same period. However, the housing information at all stages must be completely and accurately filled in the declaration system in order to calculate points.

For the information of rented residences in Beijing after January 1, 2017 (inclusive), the housing lease contract filed by Beijing Housing Leasing Supervision Platform shall prevail. Tenants and co-tenants of public rental housing should sign a rental contract with the property right unit and file it on the Beijing Housing Security Information Platform. If you stay with relatives and friends and fail to file the house lease contract according to the regulations, you can’t score points according to the leased residence.

The water levels of Changjiang River and Le ‘an River, two major rivers in the region, soared, and many places suffered from different degrees of floods. There were piping dangers in many riverbanks, and the flood control situation was grim.

The Museum of Women’s Book Ecological Park was surrounded by floods, with a depth of 2 meters, and the terrain leading to the homes of the trapped people was complicated. After surveying the terrain on the spot, they divided the militia into two groups, one group was responsible for clearing road obstacles and the other group was driving rubber boats to carry out rescue. After six hours of fighting, more than 300 villagers were all safely transferred to temporary resettlement sites.

At 20 o’clock, the leaders of the People’s Armed Forces Department led the militia emergency detachment, carrying rubber boats, assault boats and flood control and rescue equipment, and rushed to the affected towns to carry out emergency rescue.

The roads in Gaoyun Village of Xiacengpu Town were all flooded. Under the guidance of the masses, the team members drove the rubber dinghy slowly in the fast-flowing water. Due to the complicated local water conditions, the ditches on both sides of the road are different in depth, and the sight is not good at dark, the rubber boats run aground from time to time, so the team members have to wade forward with rubber boats. Some villagers don’t want to leave home. The village party secretary took the militia to knock on the door from house to house to persuade the masses to move to a safe place to ensure that no one was left behind.

As of 8: 00 on the 22nd, they turned to Xiacengpu Town, Taochuan Town, Coarse Shijiang Town and other places, and fought for more than 9 hours continuously, transferring all 53 trapped people to safety.

It is an important step to improve efficiency to cancel the high-speed provincial toll station.

Recently, Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China presided over the the State Council executive meeting, made clear the policy measures, and strived to basically cancel the provincial toll stations of national expressways before the end of this year, so as to facilitate people’s travel and improve logistics efficiency. Compared with this year’s "Government Work Report", the deadline has been advanced.

According to the data of logistics operation in 2018 released by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the ratio of total social logistics expenses to GDP in 2018 is 14.8%, in which the ratio of transportation expenses has decreased steadily, which is still far from the level of 8% to 9% in major developed countries and 11% to 13% in emerging economies. Behind the high ratio are practical problems such as the need to improve logistics efficiency, especially the issue of provincial boundary charges explicitly mentioned at the the State Council executive meeting has long been criticized.

The reason why there are provincial toll stations is that most of the expressways are financed, built in sections and maintained by the provinces themselves. Therefore, in order to recover the initial investment as soon as possible, maintain daily operations and even make profits, all provinces will set up station fees. There is nothing wrong with unified planning and construction of toll stations in this province, but when it comes to provincial boundaries, strange phenomena such as inter-provincial broken roads often appear. In addition, the existence of provincial toll stations makes it necessary for vehicles leaving the province to pay centrally at the provincial boundaries, and it is not uncommon for traffic jams to occur. The value of expressway lies in allowing vehicles to pass at high speed, and the existence of toll stations hinders the connection of expressways between provinces to a certain extent, forcing passing vehicles to go through more deceleration and parking processes, which will undoubtedly hinder the realization of expressway value and seriously affect logistics efficiency.

Therefore, the benefits of canceling provincial toll stations are self-evident. However, it is worth emphasizing that the abolition of provincial toll stations is not the abolition of fees, but the gradual replacement of non-stop express charging system. As Wu Chungeng, spokesperson of the Ministry of Transport, said at the press conference earlier, the full coverage of ETC (Electronic Non-stop Express Toll Collection System) is the key factor to successfully cancel the provincial toll stations of expressways across the country. Therefore, the most urgent task at present is to vigorously popularize ETC and carry out the construction and transformation of ETC portal system of toll lanes.

From this point of view, with the rapid popularization and use of ETC, the process of canceling provincial toll stations will be gradually advanced, and its benefits will gradually emerge. The most direct benefit is that it will reduce the number of stops of passing vehicles and alleviate the congestion of toll stations. Passing vehicles can not only save a lot of gas money, but also save a lot of time. On the whole, considering the total number of high-speed vehicles in the country, the overall effect will be more impressive.

But the potential benefits are by no means limited to this. Under the situation of a chess game in the national economy, the saying that "if you want to get rich, build roads first" is still out of date, and Unicom’s national expressway network is an important driving force to change the phenomenon of inter-provincial market segmentation. The cancellation of provincial toll stations will not only help to reduce the operating cost of expressways and improve the efficiency of vehicle traffic, but also help to establish a unified national market, expand effective demand and further inject momentum into economic development.

In addition, it should also be noted that the voice of "high-speed free" appears in the public opinion field from time to time. This shows that the public still has certain expectations for high-speed free, at least for reducing fees. However, from the current situation, the conditions for high-speed free are not yet mature. In addition, the previous policy of benefiting the people at high speed during holidays did reduce the economic cost of travelers to a certain extent, but with the high-speed free, the traffic volume was greatly increased, which made the expressway no longer high-speed, increased the time cost of travelers and affected the travel experience of travelers. This shows that the core of reducing the economic and time cost of public use of expressways is to improve the efficiency of the whole transportation system and continue to improve various supporting measures, so as to effectively enhance the public’s sense of acquisition, happiness and security.(postdoctoral fellow in applied economics, China Academy of Fiscal Science) Panhelin)

How is the flood discharge? Are the materials sufficient? Tracking the Hot Spots of Flood Control in Tianjin

Xinhua News Agency, Tianjin, August 9th (Reporter Shao Xiangyun, Liu Weizhen, Huang Jianglin) … … The flood control work in Tianjin is still going on. In the early morning of the 9th, the banks of Daqinghe River, located in Taitou Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin, were busy. Standing at the bridge head of the Revolutionary Bridge across the Daqing River, the water flow was very fast.

As an important flood discharge channel in Haihe River Basin, the water level of Daqing River continues to rise. According to the latest forecast, as of 10: 00 a.m. on the 9th, the water level at the head of Daqinghe River is close to 6 meters, which is close to the peak of flood forecast, and the flood control situation is grim.

What is the situation of river flood discharge and sluice lifting, and is the material supply sufficient? The current situation of flood control and fighting in Tianjin affects many people’s hearts.

On the 8 th, the driver of the Police Aviation Corps of Tianjin Public Security Bureau monitored the flood control situation over the key flood control areas in Tianjin. Xinhua News Agency reporter Sun Fanyue photo

Flood situation: the peak value is approaching, so guard with all your strength.

Camouflage clothes were soaked with sweat, and old cloth shoes were covered with mud. Yang Jinshui, director of Tianjin Jinghai Water Affairs Bureau, who had just patrolled the right embankment of Daqing River, hurried back to the front-line headquarters in the scorching sun. Without taking care of eating, he immediately spread out the "three pictures" he carried with him and judged the latest situation on the spot.

Flood control of Daqing River system, water conservancy project in Jinghai area, location of flood storage and detention area … … Yang Jinshu knows every point in the three schematic diagrams by heart.

"Daqinghe River is Tianjin’s flood control ‘ Main battlefield ’ First, while strengthening the dikes, we have also stepped up the inspection and rescue of the rivers. " Yang Jinshui said that in the past few days, the water conservancy department has been engaged in "multi-line operations", and besides providing flood control and engineering technical guidance services, it has also taken into account the water resources dispatching work in the whole region, and it is often too busy to touch the ground.

During the autumn flood in 2021, the highest water level in Taitou section of Daqing River was less than 5 meters; As of 10: 00 a.m. on the 9th, the water level at the Taitou of Daqinghe River was close to 6 meters, which undoubtedly brought great flood discharge pressure to Daqinghe River with a narrow river channel.

Zhang Chongming, a senior engineer of Jinghai Water Affairs Bureau in Tianjin, said that another 300 to 350 million cubic meters of flood water is expected to enter the Dongdian flood storage and detention area in the next seven days. "It is expected that the Taitou section of Daqinghe River will remain at a high water level for 8 to 12 days, and then the flood will slowly drop, which may take about two months to clear up."

In order to ensure the safe discharge of floods into the sea, Tianjin has strictly implemented the four-level inspection mechanism. Thirty-five experts from Tianjin Water Affairs Bureau formed a technical inspection team to disperse the dike site to guide the disposal problems; The Jinghai Water Affairs Bureau sent 17 business backbones to form a mobile inspection team to provide support to the weak section of the dike; Jinghai District and Xiqing District organized more than 200 township street cadres to form a fixed-point inspection team to ensure early warning and disposal of problems as soon as possible; China Anneng Group sent 75 technical backbones to cooperate with fixed-point inspections and provide technical support.

"At present, the emergency rescue team consisting of more than 9,600 people has been assembled in the front line of flood control in Daqing River, and all preparations have been made to deal with sudden dangers and fully guard the safety of Daqing River embankment." Wang Hongfu, deputy director of Tianjin Water Affairs Bureau, said.

Discharged into the sea: encrypted monitoring, guarding An Lan

Daodao Gate is lined up on the river surface. Here is the flood gate of Duliujian River at the junction of Jinghai District and Xiqing District in Tianjin, from which the flood of Daqinghe River is discharged to Duliujian River and then enters the sea.

Zhang Songtao, director of the floodgate management department of Duliujian River, Haihe Downstream Management Bureau of the Marine Affairs Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, said that the Haihe River basin water system is fan-shaped from south to north, with the characteristics of scattered secondary water system, complex river system, numerous tributaries, short transition zone and short source and rapid flow. Known as the "Three Rivers Lock Key", the flood gate of Duliu River is an important flood control project of Daqinghe River system in the middle of Haihe River Basin, and it is also the first control project of Duliu River, with a design flow of 3,600 cubic meters per second.

The picture shows Duliujian River entering Hongnan Gate. Xinhua News Agency reporter Liu Weizhen photo

"The flood gate discharges the flood of the Daqing River system and flows into the sea through the river alone, which is the urban flood control of Tianjin ‘ Nandamen ’ The geographical location is very important. " Zhang Songtao explained.

As the "gatekeeper" of flood control work, Zhang Songtao not only carries out engineering inspections and equipment maintenance every day, but also coordinates with the upstream and downstream banks and the left and right banks to jointly protect the An Lan in the Haihe River Basin. From the mobile phones on both sides of his pocket, there was a rapid ringing of the phone from time to time. "I have been sticking to the sluice for nearly two weeks, and my mobile phone is like a hotline." He said.

In addition, the management office also undertakes the important responsibilities of water regime monitoring such as water level and flow. "Hydrological monitoring is hard work." Zhang Songtao, for example, said that it often takes more than an hour to carry out a flow test, especially in the hot summer sun. "In order to provide scientific reference for flood control command and dike work, we have recently encrypted the monitoring frequency, grasped the real-time dynamics of the river in time, and guarded the gate."

Although Zhang Songtao, who is sticking to the front line, has hung up a thick black eye, he still looks radiant when talking about flood control work.

"Workers from different river sections and departments are working together for Enron to spend the flood season in Qi Xin." Zhang Songtao said that he believed that by strengthening observation, patrolling dikes, strengthening dikes and other measures, people would surely win the "defense war" of flood control and fighting as soon as possible.

Material guarantee: orderly deployment and sufficient supply.

At the traffic entrance of Taitou Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin, vehicles transporting flaky piles, sand and gravel materials lined up in a long line, bringing batches of flood control materials to the flood area in a busy and orderly manner.

The rapid advancement of front-line work is inseparable from solid and powerful logistics support. Woven bag applied by Taitou Town and folding bed applied by China Anneng Construction Group Co., Ltd. & HELIP; … In the notebook of Zeng Tianrong, the chief of the Disaster Relief Coordination Section of the Jinghai District Emergency Management Bureau in Tianjin, a series of "material accounts" were clearly and accurately recorded.

"The demand for flood control materials is large and the points are widely distributed. In order to improve the operation efficiency, we will work ahead, measure the amount of materials needed at each point in advance, and directly coordinate the transportation capacity to deliver and unload goods point by point, saving the time for redistribution." Zeng Tianrong said.

Zeng Tianrong is working in the office. Xinhua News Agency reporter Sun Fanyue photo

"Since mid-June, we have been implementing a 24-hour duty system to respond to emergency needs and carry out reserve work at any time." Under the high-intensity work, Wang Zhi, deputy director of Tianjin Jinghai District Emergency Management Bureau, has a hoarse voice. There is no noise on the road, but the office building where the Jinghai District Emergency Management Bureau is located is still brightly lit.

State Grid Tianjin Jinghai Power Supply Co., Ltd. urgently set up wires and diesel generators, and preset 131 lighting lamps and 6 light tower along the Daqinghe dike to ensure the need for emergency rescue operations at night; The Office of Tianjin Disaster Reduction Committee, together with Tianjin Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, allocated a total of 39,410 pieces of disaster relief materials for centralized resettlement sites in various districts, and supported the emergency relocation and resettlement of the affected people in various districts … … In the "rear" of flood control and emergency rescue in Tianjin, many departments have also taken action and joined forces to fight.

"At present, we are doing our best to improve the flood prevention capabilities of the two lines of defense, Daqing River and Ziya River, and combine the inspection of dikes with the plugging of loopholes. At the same time, pre-set emergency materials and equipment in time to facilitate emergency rescue work in the future. " Wang Hongfu said that on the basis of engineering measures, technical means, organizational system, materials and equipment, relevant departments will go all out to do a good job in fighting floods and ensuring the safe discharge of floods into the sea.

Hangzhou Asian Games | News Analysis: Why are Olympic medals awarded at the Asian Games?

Xinhua News Agency, Hangzhou, October 4th (Reporter Wang Haoming, Wu Junkuan, Li Dian, chenchen) The stadium of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center attracted tens of thousands of people’s attention, and Qieyang Shijie got on the podium. When the national anthem was played, she could no longer hold back and burst into tears.

On October 4th, Qieyang Shijie shed tears at the award ceremony. Xinhua News Agency reporter Sun Fei photo

On the evening of 4th, after the track and field competition of Hangzhou Asian Games, the Chinese Olympic Committee awarded medals to Su Bingtian, Xie Zhenye, Wu Zhiqiang and Tang Xingqiang, who won bronze medals in men’s 4X100 relay at Tokyo Olympic Games, and Qieyang Shijie, Liu Hong and Lv Xiuzhi, who won gold, silver and bronze medals in women’s 20km walk at London Olympic Games in 2012.

Why should Olympic medals be awarded at the Asian Games? Why are these medals so late?

  A late medal

For China men’s 4X100 relay team, this medal was "late" for two years.

At the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games, the men’s 4X100 relay team of China, composed of Su Bingtian, Xie Zhenye, Wu Zhiqiang and Tang Xingqiang, finished fourth in the final, while the Italian team, the British team and the Canadian team won the top three respectively. After the game, Uja, the first baseball player of the British team, was found to have violated the anti-doping regulations.

On February 18th, 2022, the court of arbitration for sports (CAS) announced that the silver medal won by the British team would be deprived.

On May 19th, 2022, the International Olympic Committee held an executive committee meeting in Lausanne to announce that the men’s 4X100 relay team of China track and field won the bronze medal in Tokyo Olympic Games.

For the girls who walk, these three medals have been waiting for 11 years. When the three girls got the medals, the outer skin of the box containing the medals had worn off.

On August 11th, 2012, Qieyang Shijie was on the podium. On the same day, Qieyang Shijie of China won the bronze medal in the women’s 20km walking race at the London Olympic Games with a time of 1 hour, 25 minutes and 16 seconds. Xinhua News Agency reporter Ge Sang Dawa photo

In the 2012 London Olympic Games women’s 20km walking final, Rush Manova of Russia won the championship, another Russian Kaaniche Jinna won the silver medal, Qieyang Shijie of China won the bronze medal, Liu Hong won the fourth place, Kirjapkina of Russia won the fifth place, and Lv Xiuzhi of China ranked sixth. After the game, Kaaniche Jinna and Kierjiapkina were found to have used stimulants, and the results of the London Olympic Games were immediately cancelled. China’s Qieyang Shijie and Liu Hong made up for silver and bronze medals, and Lv Xiuzhi rose to fourth place.

Rush Manova, the champion, was found to be doping positive in 2014, but at that time, the IAAF did not announce the cancellation of her London Olympic results.

Until March, 2022, the track and field integrity committee (AIU), independent of the IAAF, announced that Rush Manova, the gold medal winner of the women’s 20km walk at the 2012 London Olympic Games, would have her performance cancelled that year due to doping problems.

In March this year, the International Olympic Committee announced in official website that the gold medal winner of the 2012 London Olympic Games women’s 20km walk was disqualified due to doping problems. The gold medal was redistributed to Qieyang Shijie of China, while the silver medal and bronze medal were redistributed to Liu Hong and Lv Xiuzhi of China.

  Long wait

Many people may have such questions, why do they have to wait so long? Why can’t athletes be deprived of their medals and reissued to other athletes immediately after they are found to have used stimulants?

In fact, for the integrity of the procedure, it takes four steps from the confirmation of doping positive to the reissue of medals. First, legal procedures, which may last for 4-24 months according to different situations; Second, it is the preparation stage of the IOC Executive Committee. The IOC will ask the IFs to confirm the new rankings, which will last for 1-3 months. After that, the IOC Executive Committee made a decision within 1-3 months to approve the redistribution of medals; Finally, it is the redistribution of medals. The IOC informs the Olympic Committee of the country (region) where the athletes are located to arrange the redistribution of medals.

On October 4th, Qieyang Shijie (second from left), Liu Hong (first from left) and Lv Xiuzhi (first from right) took a group photo after the award ceremony. Xinhua News Agency reporter Sun Fei photo

As for the redistribution of medals, according to the regulations of the International Olympic Committee, there are six ways for athletes to choose: in the next Olympic Games, in the Youth Olympic Games, in ioc headquarters or the Olympic Museum, in the related activities of national (regional) Olympic committees, in the related activities of international individual sports organizations and in private ceremonies.

Once the athletes have decided on an award ceremony, the IOC will hold a medal re-award ceremony with the Olympic committees of relevant countries (regions) within one year (unless they choose to receive medals at the next Olympic Games).

This reissue ceremony is hosted by the Chinese Olympic Committee, and it is even more significant to hold it at the Asian Games at home — — In the warm cheers of the audience, seven athletes appeared, and all the procedures of the award ceremony were quite a lot. When the national anthem was played and the national flag was raised, it was like returning to the Olympic Games.

  A long-ringing alarm bell

Anyone who is familiar with Qieyang Shijie knows that a gold medal in the World Series is her biggest dream, and she is striving for it.

From standing on the podium to being interviewed by reporters at the end of the award ceremony, Qieyang Shijie never stopped sobbing for an hour, and tears kept trickling down. She said that she was not crying because she was happy, but she was very sad.

In 2022, after learning that he was expected to win the Olympic gold medal, Qieyang Shijie once said on social media: "I was happy and sad after learning the news. I am happy that I can be the champion in my heart. I am happy that I can have the Olympic gold medal. Although many things have passed and I will not have it, I have no medals to prove myself. Sadly, I didn’t feel like a champion, and I didn’t get the aura of the Olympic champion. Although the aura was temporary, I wanted to have the aura at that moment, and I didn’t get my own value, but the past has passed, and I still want to get it. Work hard. "

For Su Bingtian, an Olympic medal is also his dream. At the Tokyo Olympics, after China’s track and field teammate Gong Lixiao won the gold medal in the women’s shot put, Su Bingtian said in an interview: "I especially want to borrow a gold medal from her to take a picture now, because I have never even seen an Olympic medal."

On October 4th, Tang Xingqiang, Xie Zhenye, Lv Xiuzhi, Qieyang Shijie, Liu Hong, Su Bingtian and Wu Zhiqiang (from right to left) were at the award ceremony. Xinhua News Agency reporter Sun Fei photo

For athletes who didn’t violate the rules and missed the honor they should have won at that time, they are undoubtedly victims. Replacing medals will make justice come true, but the shortcomings of the injured athletes may never be made up.

For athletes and participants who use stimulants to "steal" medals, the moment the truth comes out, that is, when their reputation is ruined.

In the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, syers, a British female javelin thrower, missed the medal by 38 centimeters. Ten years later, in 2018, the International Olympic Committee confirmed that the medal winner at that time was tested positive for drugs, and syers was able to make up for the bronze medal. In the 2019 London Olympic Anniversary Competition, under the attention of the people in her hometown, she boarded her own podium.

When asked if she would resent the opponent who "stole" the medal, syers said, "It’s strange if I don’t blame her at all, but I really feel sorry for her. She never knows what height she can achieve on her own."

This night is a glorious moment for these seven athletes, and it is also an alarm bell that rings again under the Olympic flag.

Girls from Zhejiang University have learned to cook in 4 professional high schools in 6 years (Figure)

She studied in Zhejiang University for six years, spanning three professional fields, and got the fourth professional entry qualification last week; She is also the chef of Zhejiang University. After studying, she likes to seduce her friends with delicious food. Today, we are going to tell a story that clearly has a face value, but it depends on talent.

Yesterday, when the reporter contacted Qiu Han, a girl from Zhejiang University born in 1994, she was on vacation in Hainan, and it was her habit to walk around.

In 2016, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and a minor in management from ITP (Intensive Course of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management of Zhu Kezhen College). When she was studying, she chose Marxist College. In October this year, because of her excellent grades, she submitted an application for changing from a doctoral degree to a major after completing her master’s degree. Last week, she passed an interview with the School of Humanities of Zhejiang University to pursue a doctoral program in leisure aesthetics in the School of Humanities.

However, what made Qiu Han a legend of Zhejiang University was not only that she changed her major to four in six years, but that the girl was actually a chef. Before that, she cooked the UNDERWOOD restaurant in the alumni forest next to the crescent building in Zijingang, Zhejiang University.

  From law to leisure aesthetics

I changed four majors in six years.

Qiu Han traveled to Sanya with her parents and grandmother this time, not only because she had free time after changing from a master’s degree to a postdoctoral degree, but also because she wanted to let her family learn to enjoy life through this trip. "My parents collapsed when they heard that I was going to study leisure aesthetics." Qiu Han’s parents believe that leisure aesthetics is illusory and difficult to find employment, and frequent cross-majors may increase academic pressure and affect graduation.

Leisure aesthetics is a new discipline in China in recent years, which is the intersection of leisure science and aesthetics. It explores the aesthetic relationship between leisure and human life, and the essence of life. Qiu Han’s choice of leisure aesthetics is not impulsive.

During his master’s degree, Qiu Han majored in ideological and political education, studied Marxist philosophy, and had doubts about what is beauty and what is life. After understanding Marx’s theory of free time, she found that "leisure" is an important but long-neglected part of human society. After that, she took the course "Traditional Aesthetic Philosophy of China" offered by Pan Liyong, a teacher from the School of Humanities. Deeply moved by his personality and thoughts, she decided to take the interdisciplinary subject of leisure and beauty as the direction of doctoral study.

After a month and a half of attack and defense and push and pull, Qiu Han finally persuaded his parents and finally succeeded in changing his blog. However, for her, this experience is no stranger.

"When I chose Marxist College for my master’s degree, my parents, friends, teachers of Guanghua Law School, ITP and even teachers of Marxist College thought I was joking." Talking about the past, the tone of the chairman of the Marxist Institute’s research fair has been relaxed.

Qiu Han, who studied in Guanghua Law School as an undergraduate, joined ITP in his sophomore year and obtained ITP’s postgraduate qualification with excellent results. According to the practice of Zhejiang University, students with ITP qualification can choose any college in the school to pursue postgraduate studies. Qiu Han’s choice is Marxist College.

The professor of law school couldn’t believe his eyes, thinking that Qiu Han had filled it in wrong.

But Qiu Han has no "game". She has read relevant works of Marxist theory, and also talked with Zhang Yinghang, a teacher of Marxist Institute, who became her graduate tutor. "Now, many people have not read Marx’s original works and have a dogmatic misunderstanding of Marxist theory, and the deeper the misunderstanding, the greater the potential for creating new things."

  High school institute cooking

The university has become a kitchen god.

Most people in Zhejiang University know Qiu Han, more because she used to be a beauty chef in the alumni forest of Zijin Port.

A wooden restaurant called UNDERWOOD is full of elegant and romantic candlelight. A beautiful female chef cooks curry prawns for lovers or friends. When the guitar is played, the song vibrates Lin Yue. Such a scene, in the grove beside the crescent building, was really staged.

On December 5, 2013, UNDERWOOD opened in the Alumni Forest, which was very popular. The guests who came to eat were in an endless stream, and even the appointment was arranged two months later. However, who would have thought that the chef and partner of the restaurant was only a sophomore girl.

"I have a strong interest in the kitchen since I was a child." Qiu Han is recognized as a chef by his classmates. He was once the champion of the Zhejiang University Chef God Competition. Because of his natural sensitivity to the stomach, Qiu Han had to form the habit of being selective about his diet and keep away from fried, spicy and unhealthy snacks. And this kind of diet, but also let her unexpectedly harvested keen taste buds.

In the first year of high school, she left her hometown Lishui to study in Jinhua No.1 Middle School. The boring food in the school cafeteria made her think of cooking by herself. Her first attempt was at the home of a high school classmate. Qiu Han made a bowl of scrambled eggs with tomatoes. Her classmate, however, licked the scrambled egg upside down.

For cooking, Qiu Han has her own philosophy. She said: "The more simple dishes look, the more difficult it is to cook delicious."

Qiu Han has eight ways to make a bowl of scrambled eggs with tomatoes — — Aauto Quicker tomato scrambled eggs, Shanghai tomato scrambled eggs (sweet mouth), soft tomato scrambled eggs (American), Hong Kong tomato scrambled eggs, traditional tomato scrambled eggs, juicy tomato scrambled eggs, healthy tomato scrambled eggs (low sugar and little oil) and special tomato scrambled eggs for bibimbap.

It was this love of cooking that gave Qiu Han the idea of opening a restaurant, and UNDERWOOD was born.

Under the care of four partners, including her, UNDERWOOD had more than 20 employees when it was the largest. Although the store closed due to various pressures, it still left a good feeling in the hearts of many people in Zhejiang University.
