Recently, consumers have reported that some cinemas have irregularities such as poor screening quality, unsmooth use of prepaid cards, pre-screening advertisements occupying normal viewing time, and alleged forced renting and selling of 3D glasses in disguised form. At present, the film market, which has just been hit hard by the epidemic, is slowly recovering. Whether the industry is self-disciplined and whether its operation is standardized will directly affect consumers’ enthusiasm for watching movies and the recovery of the market. In view of this, in order to ensure the healthy, sustained and high-quality development of the industry, we hereby propose the following initiatives:
1. Strictly abide by the Price Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC), the Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests, and the Notice on Further Regulating the Management of Film Patch Advertising and Pre-screening Advertising, and make reasonable pricing, healthy competition and legitimate profits, and consciously safeguard the operating order of the film market.

3. Operate according to the law and regulations, cooperate and jointly resist all kinds of unhealthy trends, and actively cooperate with law enforcement departments to crack down on illegal and illegal acts that disrupt the market, such as compulsory renting and selling of goods against consumers’ wishes, pre-screening advertisements occupying the screening time of feature films, leaking and reporting the box office, illegally demanding "screening fees" and illegally recording and spreading cinema films.
4. Make every effort to ensure safety in production, especially attach great importance to fire safety and food safety.
5. Seriously implement the epidemic prevention and control measures of "Class B and B Tube", and continue to do a good job in environmental disinfection, ventilation and personnel protection.
