Reporter: On December 6th, the British government announced that it would sanction 46 entities and individuals from many countries, including 3 China enterprises, on the grounds of "supporting the Russian war machine". What is China’s comment on this?
Embassy spokesman: We resolutely oppose the British actions of violating international law, abusing unilateral sanctions and harming the legitimate rights and interests of China enterprises, and have made solemn representations to the British side.
China has always adhered to an objective and fair position on the Ukrainian issue, and actively worked to persuade peace and promote talks and promote political settlement. The British government, on the other hand, ignored domestic and international public opinion and constantly added fuel to the fire, contributing to the endless war and the loss of life, making peace even more distant.
