Zhengzhou police reported on the evening of the 10th that Liu Mouhua (male, 27 years old, from Zhengzhou Airport Area), an online taxi driver, was suspected of committing a major crime.After the task force retrieved multiple surveillance channels near the scene of the incident and tracked it along the line, it was revealed that the suspect Liu Mouhua abandoned his car and jumped into the river after committing the crime. Now the police are making every effort to search for him in the relevant area.
On May 6, the flight attendant was killed after taking a car to the city in the Zhengzhou airport area of Henan Province. The Zhengzhou police handling the case told the media that the perpetrator was a Didi driver with a murder weapon. The murderer was still absconding and the police were arresting him.
According to friends of the victims’ families, shortly after the ride, Li Zeng told his colleagues on WeChat that the driver was a little perverted, saying that she was beautiful and wanted to kiss her, so his colleagues advised her to get out of the car quickly.
On the 6th, Li was unable to be contacted, and the family was very worried. Because Li’s colleagues knew that Li was riding Didi that night, Li’s family began to contact the Didi company and rushed to the police to report the case. On the 8th, the police informed the family that Li’s body had been found with multiple knives.
After the incident, Didi officials confirmed that the company had verified that the driver was a ride-hailing driver, and the registration information was genuine.
Didi platform apologizes and offers a reward 1 million find the suspected driver

In the face of such a tragedy, no words can express Didi’s deep remorse. Didi sincerely apologizes to Ms. Li’s family. As a platform, it has betrayed the trust of users and bears an unshirkable responsibility in this matter.
At present, Didi has established a special project working group to closely cooperate with the police to carry out the investigation of the case, and the case is being solved. Didi will do its best to assist the police to solve the case as soon as possible, bring the murderer to justice, and give justice to Ms. Li and her family.
In addition, Didi publicly solicits clues from the whole society to find the suspected driver (named Liu Zhenhua’s hitchhiker driver). For enthusiastic people who provide clues, Didi will reward up to 1 million yuan depending on the importance of the clues.
In fact, this is not the first time a Didi driver has been involved in a criminal case. In May 2016, Zhong, a 24-year-old female teacher in Shenzhen, was taken to a remote place to rob and kill after riding Didi Hitch late at night.
