　　Beijing

　 　　Beijing notified six typical cases of violating the spirit of the eight central regulations.

　　1. Yang Jingang, a policeman from Panjiayuan Police Station of Chaoyang Branch of Beijing Public Security Bureau, illegally accepted food and other issues. In March 2013, Yang Jingang accepted the entrustment of others and intervened in the handling of a case through other police officers. Afterwards, he accepted the invitation of the trustee and a shirt (worth more than RMB 600). In February 2014, Chaoyang Branch of Beijing Public Security Bureau gave Yang Jingang an administrative warning.

　　2. Zhang Xiangjie, secretary of the Party branch and director of the village committee of Dongshi Guyan Village, Wangping Town, Mentougou District, Beijing, violated financial discipline. In the spring of 2012, Zhang Xiangjie falsely reported the number of beekeepers in his village, and took a special subsidy of RMB 2,400 from the town government. Later, he personally decided to distribute the subsidy to Gao, a villager from another village. In July 2011, because a defendant was dissatisfied with the first-instance judgment, Li Shulin invited the defendant’s father to dinner and explained the judgment to him. The conversation was recorded throughout. Li Shulin violated the requirement of judicial neutrality, privately met with the parties involved in the case in an improper way and made inappropriate remarks, which caused adverse social impact. In April 2014, the Daxing District People’s Court gave Li Shulin an administrative record.

　　5. Wang Wei, secretary of the Party branch of Heishan Temple Village in Xiwangzhuang Town, Miyun County, Beijing, violated financial discipline. From June to October, 2013, Wang Wei successively received sponsorship funds for party member activities and compensation for some trees totaling RMB 30,000. Personally, he decided not to include them in the village collective accounts, and directly used them for the expenses of the village committee and the payment of condolences. In April 2014, the Party Committee of Xiwangzhuang Town, Miyun County gave Wang Wei a warning within the party.

　　6. Zhao Fubin, secretary of the Party branch of Jinshanzi Village, Jugezhuang Town, Miyun County, Beijing, violated the problem of honesty and self-discipline. In September 2011, when Zhao Fubin was in charge of the payment of compensation for villagers’ land occupation, he illegally paid an additional compensation of RMB 60,000 to relatives Zheng and others without the collective research of the members of the two committees of the village. 　　Tianjin reported three typical cases of violating the spirit of the eight central regulations.
