Third, the quality level of investment promotion needs to be further improved. Some investment projects are slow and difficult to land, and there are few advanced manufacturing projects and influential high-quality projects. The advantages of attracting foreign investment need to be strengthened. Fourth, foreign economic cooperation needs to be deepened. The overseas investment field of enterprises needs to be expanded, the energy level needs to be improved, and the investment in countries (regions) and emerging markets along the Belt and Road needs to be strengthened.
